Executes the doctor sweep inside a specific workspace directory in a monorepo.
--registry <name|url>
Validates connectivity and metadata against a custom registry URL.
--json
Outputs machine-readable JSON status messages. Error logs and non-blocking warnings are routed to stderr, ensuring clean JSON piping on stdout.
